Thanks Jo; you don't seem to have been so active on here lately, have you been on holiday, or something?

Super shot Raymo. Was this a single shot? or are you using planetary imaging software to produce the result?
Bruce.

Hi Sara, There can be one or more of lots of reasons why your image is
not as sharp as you would like, ranging from type of camera [still or video], single frame or result of stacking lots of video frames, prime
focus or using the camera's lens up against the scope's eyepiece [afocal
method] or attaching the camera to the scope using the scope's eyepiece,
but without the camera's lens. [ eyepiece projection method]. Which
method did you use. I'm guessing prime focus. There are more reasons, but these will do for now.

Thanks Bruce, single shot with 2x barlow, heavily cropped. Being as I
still can't get consistent tracking, I might try and go in closer tonight
with a 3x barlow. Only processing was a tiny bit of contrast enhancement
in Canon's Zoom Browser X. Downsized for IIS in PS.
