Up for sale is my immaculate condition TeleVue Gibraltar mount with Tripod with two eyepiece caddies with 2 x 1.25" rubber EP inserts. The Sky sky tour mount plate is also included.

I have placed photo luminescent tape on the spreader bars so users don't trip over the mount in the dark.

$900 plus postage via TNT.

I also have a TeleVue 102 OTA available in a separate listing that I will consider & package price for.
thanks for looking

What is that horizontal bolt, protruding from the tripod head? I don't think I've seen that on a Gibraltar head before.

Its the Azimuth Tension knob. The knob is included. Details as per the Gibralter Mount Head instructions attached.

"6) Adjust the azimuth tension knob Adjust the azimuth tension knob until there is a slight amount of tension. Place the cradle in approximately level position as indicated by the altitude alignment marks (drilled hole on one of the side altitude bearings, forming two semi-circles). Tighten the vertical tension knobs." (http://www.televue.com/pdf/literature/Gibraltar%20Mount%20Head%20Instruct ions.pdf)

Sorry, I meant what is the silver bolt in the tripod head, not the usual azimuth tension bolt on the gibraltar head.

Its a Hex Head compression stud to provide tension on the large Star Lock Knob (Stainless Steel). The mount head itself sits on a Teflon mount washer assembly.
It was installed in the tripod head assembly when i sourced it from the US

hope this makes sense.
