Hello all
Another Saturn image...
this one from the 3rd June.
Seeing was average. This is approximately 3000 frames/channel in RGB.
C14 @7900mm, ASI120M, Astronomik type II RGB
1143UT - red, 1152UT - green, 1200UT - blue

Average seeing is a pain but you have to put the hours in for the fleeting good seeing that occurs. A good image under you belt.

Nice work Maurice, seems like this apparition has seen a lot of average seeing but you just never know whats around the corner.

That's just sensational. Planetary imaging just gets better each year with new cameras, new refined software etc etc.

Thanks Trevor. Seeing was OK last night, but this time only in R. A few days ago G & B were good & R was rubbish.... always a surprise.
Thanks very much Greg. The tools available these days do make planetary imaging a lot easier than it used to be.
