This is a Bintel sourced cable http://www.bintel.com.au/Mounts---Tripods/Mount-Accessories/Shoestring-USB2-br--EQ6-Interface/775/productview.aspx . Worked fine, but have sold the mount. Cost $62 + postage. Sell for $50 posted (in Au)
