I have seriously been thinking of delving into the world of monochrome imaging for quite some time now, this would be a good way of getting into it! I did have my eye set on a brand new QHY9 that comes with a filter wheel but it's more than twice the price.

For now, should probably start with the ST2000XM and upgrade in the future :)

I think I have to say yes! It'll go well with a SkyWatcher ED100 Gold Refractor and could do some high mag deep sky with my 10" LX200 :):eyepop:
