Dave Gault's occultation talk

just back from a WSAAG meeting..Dave Gault did his occultation talk

its brilliant

amongst other things , Dave has discovered at least three double stars and picked up photometric evidence of Pluto's atmosphere !!!!!with his home made 10 inch scope

its been some time since I caught up with what he's been doing and its simply amazing

Seeker after talking with you i took a look at the WSAAG website looks like you have same very tallented folk there. I have spent much time on Dave's site looking at his ATM work, he has built a wonderful equatorial mount. And he has done many amaing things with his 10" Newt on that mount. And all of it has been built by him. Amazing. The occulation work is quiet intresting and it seems quiet possible for amatures to do this work. I would love to hear Dave speak, and i hope i can make it to ISAC2007 in January to here him speak.
