Autoguiding might help the problem. How's your neck? Guidescope, reticle eyepiece and manual guiding? Oh the pain, the pain... ;)

Thank you both for your comments and advice. It looks like I might be getting somewhere with my mount [with help from an IIS member], so
if I can get 90-100 sec subs, I definitely will not be guiding, manually or otherwise.
