Hi, I'm playing with a flattener to try and establish correct distance, using omega centauri as a subject.
13x5min subs/darks.
I have 10 1 min subs to try layers for star colours.
Could some body suggest link that will show this technique in PSCS6?

It's a fine shot for sure George, but I don't think you've quite nailed the spacing, keep fiddling.
Experience has shown a millimeter or two each way can sometimes make a difference.
While the moon is about is a good time to tinker. It's close, but not quite.
