Had my camera at work last Friday, and went for a bushwalk in the national park here at lunchtime.

Here's the results.

All taken with the 350D + 18-55mm lens, handheld.

the australian bushland is full of colour hey. I love photographing htis sort of stuff :)
i like the 3rd one best i think, but its hard to say which is best, i like them all :)

reuse the lenses, dump the bodies:D nice flower pics mike

Problem is that all of my lenses are Nikon AI - which pre-date AF, which modern cameras use and sometimes (at least in Nikon's case) insist on. I have a substantial investment in non autofocussing equipment. Dumping the bodies is the cheap bit.

i use m42 lens' on my eos3000n chris. just get an adapter and you are set. theres bound to be an adapter avaliabe :)
it does mean you have to focus yurself but i dont have a problem with that :)

Unfortunately metering doesn't work then either....

I wouldn't go Canon - I'm a Nikon bloke and have been for 30 years - all of my accessories are also Nikon-related. Call me what you like for that, but there you go! :)
