Very nice Hugh. Lots of sharp details there.

Send me a PM and I can give you a few processing tips. I downloaded the image and did a few tweaks and it came up even nicer.

Greg.

So good Hugh! I love the little dark flecks in this target.

Narrowband so suits this target. You've done well to show the different emission lines Hugh. I'd like to see the magenta stars toned down a little. A selection on highlights, then dropping the saturation may do the trick. Keep them coming.

Thanks Dylan :)

Thanks Jase, I appreciate the feedback :)
Greg had similar feedback and also passed on some tips so I'll see what I can do when it comes to repro time!

Cheers, yeah it's all about balance I think, I like a bit of magenta but it probably needs to be tighter rather than the spread out magenta halo I've got in this image.

Thanks!

Overall a pretty good image Hugh with all the goodies expected in this bit of the neb  In one respect I love the stars then in another they seem to dominate the image..? Not sure why, maybe they have desaturated magenta, so now white, halos and this is making them a tad bigger or puffier, not sure..? Still, I like it :)

Thanks Mike.
The stars in this one definitely haven't turned out as well as my previous NB images so I'll be focusing on them when I have time for a repro. I might even get some better SII data as I think the focus may have been a touch out that night and the seeing wasn't great either.

Cheers Ross :)
