The Cold Elements of Zen
Hi, all. Been a while since I posted here.
An abstract personal piece with multiple grounding elements, all bathed in the brushstrokes of the soft, gentle and golden Icelandic morning light.
I debated cropping the top portion of this composition. In the end, the scene worked best this way with contrasting shapes, colours and space.
I've been in a rut insofar as my imaging is concerned; having last picked up my camera for landscape work 15 months ago. Finally being able to give this the light that it deserves has spurred me on to dig deep into the archives spanning 6 years and start processing images again.
West Coast of Iceland.
