Hi to all, we are all quick to jump on the forums and let everyone know when something goes wrong. So I would like to share my good news story with you all with the assistance given to me by Celestron, they were extremely helpful with a broken product I have that is a year out of warranty. The service, communication, assistance and the outcome was well beyond what I would have expected...

You may charge me with that offense. I did not speak up. It was only a small issue but still Celestron did come the party via the National Geographic shop in Brisbane's suburb Chermside.

Guilty as charged Your Honour. It was Celestron involved. They did not have to replace a failed part and again a year out of warranty.
I feel ashamed. I should have spoken up at the time.
