Thanks guys for commenting.
Hi John, used a Takahashi TSA102 with a Canon 5D Mark III ( I won the camera last year for first prize of the David Malin Awards). I think for the partial phase on ingress the frames were ISO 400 at 1/2000 of a second. On egress, ISO 400 at 1/1250 of a second. Totality was two frames blended via layer mask. Both at ISO 400, one at 1/1200 for the bright part and one at 4 seconds.
Sharpening and processing in Photoshop CS6.

Nice images Paul.
How is it its called totality yet there is still a bight edge to the moon? Was it not truly a total eclipse? This threw me off a bit on the night as I kept expecting it to go completely dark.
On a side note it was a cool effect that the Milky Way became very clear just like on a no moon night.
Greg.

It looked like a total to me but with a very thin lighter rim near the bottom of the moon. The moon appeared as a deep orange and the sky was indeed like a new moon night.

Nice one. looks like totality barely made it on the limb.
