My astrophotography is somewhat lacking! Heres my attempt holding my video camera up to the eyepiece of a clelestron 11 tonight.:doh:
I'm so jealous or the stunning pictures I see you guys taking of my favourite planet!:sadeyes:
I better go have a can of harden up princess.....

Hey well done anyway mate! Wer'e not playing for sheep stations anyway....As long as you had fun, thats all that matters!
I got a capture of 'ol joop tonight too, & boy was the seeing conditions terrible! :doh:
Keep it up, you'll get better at it for sure:thumbsup:

That's how we all start! The exposure looks too long, can you shortern the shutter speed on your camera?

Hi WOOF WOOF,
yep that is a start and look out you will get hooked, tweeking images for improvements. Shorter exposure, then larger image scale, mounting the camera on the scope and the list goes on.
