Hi guys,

Here's sculptor galaxy. appears very small in size from full res image. Had to crop and zoom it in abit. 9 x 4 minutes at iso 800. flats and darks subtracted in registax. slightly fixed my coma issue in photoshop cs2 lol.

hope you guys like it.

Nice shot Eric. You've got me thinking. I once tried my 350D on a galaxy prime focus, I think it was M83. I ended up with very little for 3-5 mins individual exposures.

You're making me wonder if it's worth another shot. Hmm..

Roger.

Hope you dont mind...I have applied Gradient Exterminator {PS plugin} to your image to level out the back ground.

cheers guys thanks. reason why i went abit ballistic with imaging is due to the rare occurance that melb has such a nice weather lately... from my location anyway :P
