Does any one know where I can get a mirror with it's reflective surface on the glass not behind?

You might be looking for what is termed a "flat". Go back to the mirror-making companies and see what they're offering under that category. I know some of the smaller specialist companies in the US used to do them, but its been a while since I looked at that kind of thing so I don't know what's around. Be warned, they are expensive! It's devilishly difficult to make a good flat so you have to pay for it.

A front surfaced mirror ? How big do you need it to be ? There are other possible ATM sources depending on your requirements.

Thanks fr the help. Need it to make a bino viewer as show in a recent copy of 'The Sky At Night' need the reflective surface on the top of the glass so as not to get a double image.

Aha, I had a suspicion it was for that! Yes, a flat is what you're after. Hope you've got deep pockets!

Some of the old analog copiers ( Xerox 4000 eg ) had a 'keystone' mirror in the base. Big solid slab of very flat glass with front surface coating.. Be pretty rare nowadays but worth looking out for.
Modern laser based digital copier\printers use tiny narrow width mirrors internally. Nowhere near as useful.
