This is a rare scope. Yuri has not made many as it was more work than his usual TEC140 F7.

The optics are stunning and the main aspect of this scope is the fluorite triplet lens.

I have had a couple of FSQ106 scopes - the 106N and the 106ED. I liked the sharpness of the 106ED but felt it went backwards with regards to colour response compared to the fluorite.

I got the TEC110 and immediately I noticed how much richer the colours were. Some will say its all about the processing and yes processing plays a huge part but anyone familiar with cameras will know how certain lens makers get richer colours out of the same focal length. So it is with this scope.

Fluorite is better - period.

The scope has a clamshell mounting ring, TEC microfocuser, flattener and I have a few adapters including one I just got for a MMOAG.

It comes with a case and also a set of mounting rings that I normally use for imaging to hold it rock solid. The TEC clamshell is fine but I prefer rings.

It also comes with a finder scope holder (no finder scope), Canon and Nikon DSLR adapters (I have taken many bird photos with this scope - gorgeous).

This is a premium instrument and I don't see Yuri making any more. He was talking about making new ones F6.5 (probably because it was so much work making the F5.6).

Optics are sharp, sharp, sharp, the focuser is very good, the flattener works well. I have been able to get round stars corner to corner with a heavy Proline 16803 which is overloading it but it works.

Greg, I'm not sure my PMs are getting through therefore I'd advise I am able to purchase your TEC 110 FL unconditionally.
Derek.
