I was inspired by recent posts to revisit this nebula. That NB image with its sharply defined edges was quite stunning. So I thought I'd do an L[LRGB] S2HaO3 myself but leave the stars inside the nebula largely as they come.
Unfortunately, weather holes have been limited to a couple of hours for the past 2 nights so I've only managed 60,30,30,30 in LRGB so far.
When I'll get to put some NB into it is anyone's guess.
Anyway, here is the progress to date - the FOV included the Gem cluster originally but I have cropped down to just NGC3324 for this posting. I've included the full image as well.
