Hi Andrew,
I used this from Bunnings http://www.bunnings.com.au/felt-adhesive-roll-450mmx1m-black-213408_p3970145
Clean out the inside of the OTA with alcohol, cut felt into long strips, stuck them in and trimmed around the edges, works great.

Thanks for the suggestion Bo, grabbed a roll today. Certainly much cheaper.
