Hi Pat,

I got up at 4:45am this morning and drove the 5 hours down from Dallas to Houston and the 5 hours back with the primary purpose to see the Saturn V.

It is 11pm here and I have only just got back.

I would say it is the most impressive object I have ever seen created by human hands and that includes wonders like the Great Wall.

Best Regards
Gary

I think those are the exact words I, and almost everyone else I know who's seen it use! The strange thingis that none of the shuttle exhibits produced the same sensation of 'this is what people can achieve with unlimited resources'.
Cheers,
Andrew

Great graphic, thanks Pat.

Gary - congratulations! I also had the opportunity to see the Saturn V back in the 90s when it was outdoors at the Johnson Space Centre. Most impressive object of the visit to the Centre. Reeking of power and accomplishment!
