Does anybody have a link to a design for a cheap - easy to build camera holder? (as in holding the camera at the right position on the scope for taking photos.)
My laptop is too slow to effectively use the LPI that i won in the imaging competition, although i have taken a few shots, its just very frustrating, and it doesnt even work a lot of the time. So while im saving up to get a reasonable laptop, i was thinking about going back to using my digital camera, but a tripod is a bit annoying to position right.

I recently bought a Universal Camera Adapter for my video camera. A very robust mount for a heavy camera. The one featured in the link in the above post, has a very good price indeed.
A breakdown of something similar is in the pictures. It wouldn't be too hard to make something similar if your clever.
Some other ideas as well.
OnePonders may have a lightweight camera adapter to sell.
