Here's the Moon and Mercury rising over the University of Queensland yesterday morning, as seen from Mt Coot-tha. There's also a shot of Brisbane city with dawn light.

nice colouring - getting a bit tired of seeing lovely shots from here ;) - what about going to an area with a few power lines and less of a view....

Thanks Phil! Given that we are likely to have a cyclone on top of us on Saturday evening, I'll probably be sheltering inside rather than photographing conjunctions in the west! I had planned a nice shot with the conjunction over the Glasshouse Mountains... :(
