Nice shot. Love the brown background, it really makes the bird standout. What was in the background that gave that colour?

Yet another superb shot. I don't reply to every image you post because I'd just get repetitive saying 'wow'. But I had to comment this time because the zebra finch is the first bird my wife and I ever identified with our field guide. There were hundreds of them around a water tank and it 'only' took 45 minutes to ID it. Eventually we could ID these just from the call.
