Thanks Russ. The Pleaides ended up looking a bit funny but still interesting. I took another one last night with my CCD and it should be a lot nicer.

Thanks Bob. I imaged it again using my CCD and it turned out better although it was hard to do as my filter wheel is not working at present. I had to remove the lens, move the filter wheel manually then reattach the lens, then check focus. I had to do this 4 times all the while realising its a moving target!

Well that sounds a challenging situation Greg, great stuff for battling through the hard times :thumbsup:
Im flat out getting a still target & thats with a colour camera, ;) but know similar dilemas !
You have done exceptionally well then :thumbsup:
