Sirius Optics. Experience?

Hello.

I bought an Orion bag from Sirius back in November and was told a shipment was coming in mid December. I have emailed them multiple times since then and haven't heard back from them. I understand about the Christmas and New Years period but we are 12 days into the new year and not sure what I should do.

Has anyone bought from them before?

I've bought a number of things from Ron & co at Sirius. I've had good, friendly service every time. I have however had an experience like yours where something took quite some time to come back into stock, but that wasn't any fault of Sirius. They appear to be at the mercy of the international bulk freight system which appears to have its nuances and inconsistencies. Rest assured, your item will come in :-)

I made a purchase last week, just a Meade 505 connector cable set, but he was very polite to deal with, knowledgeable, I will go back and purchase again from him.
