I took these images last night before moonrise at 9PM and between clouds. The second one has comet and star stacking and more extreme photoshopping to show detail in the tail better.
Taken from the Gold Coast Hinterland using Olympus OMD EM1 and Zuiko Digital 150mm f2.0 lens on IOptron Skytracker mount. 11x30 second exposures ISO1600 + 10 darks stacking in DeepSkyStacker, processing in Neatimage and Photoshop.

Thanks Luis. The comet's tail is about 3.7 degrees long in that splendid image.

Lovejoy is on the left of Aldebaran at 10pm DST tonight, it forms a rough equilateral triangle with M45.
