Two years ... and I didn't learn to do this object. I'm not a cowboy ! :(

Probably not a good summer object Jorge. Better to image it in winter with a non cooled DSLR. Do you get much winter there in Saquarema? Looks similar to my latitude.

Kevin, it is a summer object for me. About the quality of my photos, I was searching for images in CloudyNights and I saw that perhaps the low quality has source with the bad trasparence and quality of atmosphere and for had been shot by Canon.

The time and ISO are very similar, as the images done also. The head is difuse in both. The Canon model and telescopes are different.

Therefore, maybe the problem isn't me. I will try again with no Moon in the sky. I will test with different ISO and total time of exposition.
I will buy a cowboy hat and I will try to tame that horse ! :gday:

With the Sun that we've had here at the beginning of summer ... I need a Mexican Hat. A very large one ! :D

You can get the horsie in late winter / spring, just before sunrise. So you either have to get up early or stay up late! But it's still low.

Probably the best time to image it is as it crosses the meridian, the highest point in the sky to see through as little atmosphere as possible. And definitely no moon. I was unable to image it properly in moonlight of any sort.
