Yep, that was done by the club I belong to Phoenix. It took many man hours of voluntary labout to complete and is an awesone site.
About the only thing I did to help was water the newly planted grass on a couple of occasion while waiting for the sun to go down :)
See my avatar has an overlay with it. It's worth visiting if your ever down this way. It's an impressive structure. Although more educational than anything else.
