Saturn

Hello fellow astronomers. This is my first post on IceInSpace and I have just finished reprocessing an image of saturn using old data from 4 or 5 months ago.
Taken with a dslr camera through a 130mm F5 reflector with 6mm eyepiece + 2x barlow, processed with PIPP, Registax 6 and apple iPhoto. It is a stack of 18 frames.

Odd colours Ralph, but a good job with a DSLR, being as most quality
planetary work is done with video.

Yes, it is a bit weird. After stacking the rings turned pale blue and I couldn't get the colours to look natural. Here is what it was like before I changed the colour:

Saturn, as you know, is a pale beautiful planet, I suspect that you need to tone down the colour saturation even more.
