Aproximately 3 hrs 15 minutes of exposures, ranging from 120s to 600s. With one-shot color cam ATIK 383 L through a William Optics 90mm.

Better than before maybe, but I have very much to learn about processing, especially the colors :mad2: (have found some helpful ideas about processing in Wodaski's The New astro zone system).

So many remarkable images on this forum, but I allow myself to contribute with my image :)

Btw: the weather in southern Norway is beyond crappy. It has been an utter disaster since mid september :mad2: Help!

A nice capture. M31 is one of my favourite objects but unfortunately it does not get very high here in Australia.

I think there is a lot of detail in your image that can be brought out with a bit more processing.
Continue reading your "The New Astro Zone System" book. It has a lot of good ideas. It has helped me a lot and I think it can help you improve your photo.

Good luck.

Ross.
