Takahashi 106ED

Its back on the market after the sale fell through. I have for sale at a realistic price my Takahashi 106ED. It is only a few months old and does not meet my needs. Such is life. Also included is the clam shell holder, bracket to suit Losmandy mount. I will also include the 6*30 finder and bracket along with LE 18mm and 7.5 eye pieces. I live in SA but pick up/delivery can be discussed. It does have the captain wheel. Alas there is 2 small scuff marks on the aluminium paint caused through the wrong mount rings. Hi, you mention LM eyepieces, do you mean LE eyepieces by Takahashi?
Also what is the captain wheel.
Anyway can you give me an idea how the items could be sent to Melbourne safely.
