Thought I'd share with you all the last single frame image I produced
before I began stacking. Sorry, I didn't record any acquisition data, but it
would have been taken with my 350D at either 800 or 1600 ISO.
NGC 5139, of course.

Thanks Dunk; still waiting for a clear night so I can get some new images.
Had one night in the last 8 weeks.

Thanks Bo, I remember that I tried numerous exposures to find one that
would show as many stars as possible without burning out the core.

Great job. I tried a single frame image of 47 Tucanae but the core ended up burnt out. The globular cluster I prefer is always the one that isn't visible. At the moment it is Omega Centauri.

Thanks Ralph; 47 Tuc is stunning visually, but it is difficult to do it
justice photographically.
