Just an idea that may interest some people. What if we could have a monthly challange or something along those lines for image processing?
I realise that not everybody can take images, lack of imaging equipment and tracking mounts and so on.
If we could make availible a raw image so everybody could have a try at getting the best out of the image could be an interesting exercise and a way for those not so fortunate to be able to get there own image's to learn how its done.
Processing software will be required (pm me about this)
I can host the raw image which would be quite a large download for those on dialup
maybe between 2mb and 5mb.
your thoughts on this?

David.

Sounds like a great idea David. As you said, will give op. to the newer members who are starting out in Astrophotography. Lots of knowledgeable people here to help.
