I see that Laser Pointer use is up for discussion again. So that this Queensland specific information doesn't get missed in a bigger thread, here is what you need to know for the use of Laser Pointers in Queensland.
The good news is that an Approval procedure now exists for Astronomical Organisations to become 'Recognised' and listed on the Queensland Police Service (QPS) website. :thumbsup:
