Hi folks,
I've just planted out my vegie patch and I have a number of seedlings left over. Thought I'd ask if anyone would like them before they are composted. Items are in seedling pots.
I have a variety of plants including:
* 1 pot of 5 cucumbers
* 1 pot of 4 butternut pumpkin
* 8 seedlings ofBhut Jolokia Chillies (not for fools this chillie plant - Need to be very careful with kids and this chillie fruit)
* Various tomatoes, climbing vines and tumbler types
* red giant mustard, dozen or so seedlings - leaves have a real kick in spice! Yum... :) Will VERY quickly clear your sinuses!!!
* 3 pot of green mizuna - dozens of seedlings - eaten as salad greens or sauteed with garlic.
* 1 pot of red mizuna, some 12 plants- peppery in flavour
* 4 seedlings of Italian peperoni capsicum - Long skinny capsicums that look like chillies, but are CAPSICUMS with no heat. We saute these while green with garlic & salt, and throw on some parmasen cheese immediately when taken off the heat and down the hatch!!! VERY YUM! :D
Pick up is from Maroubra. All for free, but a donation of a few bucks to IIS would be nice in exchange.
