A single 3 min exposure captured last month and only now processed using MaxIm and PS.
I had taken quite a number of exposures and was very impressed to see that I had my polar alignment close to the mark as there was very little in the way of movement in tracking adjustments with PHD (haven't figured out how to use PHD 2 yet) however..... I wasn't so impressed when I stacked all the images and found an ugly white streak across the final image :eyepop: :confused2:
It was only after going back and flicking thru my single images to see what I had done wrong that I realized how far the comet had moved to cause that streak during my imaging session :screwy::rofl:

Good image. You catched well the tail. Comets and asteroids are inside our Solar System, and theirs movements are very perceptive.

Thanks Jorge... I'm very limited in what areas of the sky I can image in being surrounded by buildings, trees and....streetlights... so many of them!!!
I am quite pleased in that I was able to capture this image after several attempts :)
