Watched RAAF Caribou's do wheelbarrow runs many times - officially and unofficially. We used to get the Bou guys in at YBMC all the time and they would do it on occasion, as well as some other stuff - taxiing backwards on reverse pitch for starters - especially after they would pull into the bowser - no bother with tight turning or man-handling, just get the observer in the hatch and power-back it :)
Now, we'll have to teach this flight sim pilot that in real aviation you don't land on the piano keys - 1000ft markers are there for a reason :) What's the old saying about the VASI/PAPI - if the lights are green you are seeing it through the grass :P
