Here's my efforts on this TLE. Thanks to John Glossop for the 5 star accommodation and pristine skies. :thumbsup:

SONY NEX-5, Baader FFCx3, APO CF 90mm, tracked on G11.
Exposures ranging from 1/400s at ISO 200 up to 5s at ISO800 during totality. Intervalometer set at 20s.
Levels, Color balance in Adobe Lightroom.
Illumination equalisation done in LR Timelapse.
Registered in PixInsight.
Rendered in Adobe After Effects and exported to Vimeo with Premiere Pro CS6.
Just added a HDR composite of Totality with Ingress and Egress.

I'm trying to play with overlays a bit this week-end and do some kind of illustration to show the outlines of the penumbra and umbra. Will update the video when done.

That's great Marc :thumbsup:my exposures didn't quite have the dynamic range to pull off HDR shot (I tried the lit area was over exposed), these turned out great.

Great planning and completion. Very nice image.
Beautiful backlit lantern effect in the montage. It glows on my desktop. Just in time for Halloween!

Thanks again all. This is not a true HDR as such as I didn't use bracketed exposures, more like a stack of 18 x 20s for each still. That's why the transition area between light and shade is wider. But you wouldn't get the details otherwise and the noise would be too overwhelming.
