Bought this for Jupiter season for use in the 8" Skywatcher newt (fl 1000mm).

Thought it would make a nice upper end high mag ep for planetary views, and it did for a short while.

Jupiter is now gone... and I've now moved on and am more of an SCT guy these days (9.25)

Have no more use for this, especially as Canberra's seeing has always made this a very ambitious purchase:P

It's been used less than half a dozen times... glass spotless, barrel and body spotless.

20mm eye relief...65 degree fov.

Very nice in 800 to 1200mm focal length (maybe a 10 or 12") scope for planets ... maybe doubles etc

Am looking for $300 + postage. You save about $50

Includes end caps and original box

Thanks for looking.

This would make a very nice hi mag planetary ep for someone in the market for such an item.

Like I said, it's in "as new" condition.

Make me an offer (via pm)

Cheers

Due to my need to raise some cash to fund a new purchase, I'm reviewing my original price.

This high quality eyepiece in excellent condition is available for $285, and I'll pay postage.

I really want to sell this eyepiece, hence the saving on the price of this compared to new.

Again, offers via pm welcome:)

Anyone want this for $275, which includes postage:shrug:

That's at least $75 off the price new.

I asked for advice ... and I gratefully received it. Thanks Ian (stringscope)

The upshot? The price keeps tumbling!!!

I'm willing to let this go at $260... AND ... I'll pay postage.

Surely, this represents great value for someone in the market for such an item?

I'll leave this price for a few days.. and then consider other options.

If you, or anyone you know, is in the market for a high-quality specialist high mag ep (think planets etc) with loads of eye relief and generous fov... now would be the time to make your move.

Otherwise I'll just skulk off in quiet bewilderment:lol:

and I'll now include a multi-coated 25mm Super Plossl (52 degree FOV) as part of the deal.

That's a little something extra coz my 24mm Panoptic arrived today. I need to make room in my ep case:D
