Hi Guys,
Managed to capture M83 in the evening yesterday as soon as the sun gone down. 12 x 2minutes 49 sec shot guided. using just the UV/IR filter.

you must have worked really fast before the sky glow got in the way..do you leave your scope permanently mounted or set up each night? how do you manage to image every night (almost) ? :)

Your doing well Eric,
I did notice that you have some overlapping image margains caused from stacking images not perfectly aligned still in the final image...crop these out before final processing otherwise it will give you a false and unworkable histogram.
You know we expect an image from you every night now...dont let us down....lol

I'm still deciding which image to go for this weekend, I only get two nights a week to go out and play.

lol yea i noticed that also during processing. I think i didnt stack the image correctly from the start. Should of use shadow first . i'll try to get an image each night (if the sky is clear :P)
