Well here's my attempt at Sculptor Galaxy. Its about 50% cropped to get some image scale. Could do with more data (as usual) I had 40 frames of 3 minutes but deleted 10 that were not great (some elongated stars and some with a bumped mount). Result was about 90 minutes at ISO 1600 with the un-modded 1000D.

Nice work Bruce, looks darn good to me! One thing about having that wide field is that it'd make a very 2 frame mosaic with NGC 288. I can just get the two of them in one field with my AT65EDQ and DSLR.

Thanks Cam, but I wouldn't know the first thing about creating a mosaic :P
I'm guessing the mosaic has to be stitched together after calibrating and pre-processing of the 2 images and then post processed as one image?
