Hello,
It has been a long time since I posted here and I must say I that I miss the excellent activity of this forum. I just completed a large project (for me) that I wanted to share here. It consists of a three panel mosaic using 7 filters. If you are a color purist then you may not like this image. My goals were to show the structures in natural looking color tones but with a dramatic looking OIII backdrop used in more normal narrow band images.
I used CCDStack for building the master frames, PixInsight for Mosaic assembly, color adjustments, and Photoshop CC with clipping masks and object masks to blend the NB data and HDRT to make it pop (I am a layers guy!).
