Hello good people,

I'm in Vermont, a north-eastern state in the USA :eyepop:, which always votes against the rest of that place. I've been involved in astronomy since I was 4 - which is 50 years ago. I have quite a few friends in Aus. Mostly Queensland. And having an interest in that which I can't see from where I am, I thought I'd get some inside info from the astronomers in the southern hemisphere.

Welcome to the land downunder where the sky is the right way up ;)
I'm a newbie to this but had a life long interest in all things space.
I live in Adelaide (capital of South Australia)
Been lucky enough to visit KSC in 08. Hoping to get back for a SSL launch in the next few years.
I'll be interested in the info you glean from the guys here too.
