Need someone who speaks Polish to interpret something for me.

I'm on the hunt for a particular item of rare hi-fi gear and I've come across exactly what I'm looking for. The thing is it appears to be on a Polish website and I need someone who can help me with some translation.


I assume it's Polish because their email address ends in .pl and Google Translate has detected it as such...
