RA on PHD still spiky

Still experiencing spikes in my RA on PHD.
Turned down RA Agr and Hys, guiding at 2.5 Sec.
Any suggestions to improve?

Does it stay locked on? Do you get round stars?

If yes, then I wouldn't worry much :)

That Dec is nice and flat. RA looks like possibly a small backlash (but I am probably wrong, again :) )

Stars all round and locked (for over 1 hour now). Which way do I adjust RA backlash (assuming I do it in EQMOD)?
