Connecting Mintron to Meta Guide

I have tried to connect my Mintron camera to my Meta Guide programme and I am greeted with a sign "Unable to make a VMR renderer."

Does anyone know what the msg means and how I can connect the camera?

I also got that on one PC I was trying to use. Google says it is something to do with the Video Media coding. I loaded the DirectX3D files it required but it still didn't fix.
So I built another PC which does work.

Have you tried contacting the developer ?
