In an article posted today by Sydney Morning Herald Environment Editor,
Peter Hansen, it is reported that Sydney beach wanderers may be in for
a treat with the possibility of blooms of bioluminescent plankton heralding
the start of spring.
Watch out for a bluish glow correlated with wave action at beaches such as Manly during the coming nights.
Possibly a photo opportunity for astrophotographers.
