I had another go at this and here's the result. I think it's a bit better than the first posting but does look like a technicolor yawn.
Cheers

Love it Steve!
Interesting to see so much detail in the nebulous clouds.
Cheers,
Justin.

Gee, I dont know Steve, bit soft, noisy and some artifacts (that might be wrong). Not your usual standard?

Points taken Fred. Can't say I was that happy with it. Guess I'll do the usual and blame the data.
Thanks Justin. Glad you liked it.

Humm... mulled over this one for a bit. I suspect focus was not spot on or the seeing wasn't great.
Also the levels are still very muted...I don't see a good range of highlight and shadow.
I suspect it just needs a few more tweaks and you'll have a pearler of an image

Steve,
You've lost some detail in the dark areas. Did you clip the blacks somehow in the processing?
Cheers,
Rick.

Yes I think you're right Rick but the most important problem is the poor overall quality of the data. Should have left this one alone I think.
Thanks for the encouragement Peter but I don't think there's much I can do with it. Seeing was the usual crap but the focus, at least on the Ha subs, was questionable. I also discovered today that my collimation was a bit off which wouldn't help.

Looks like the seeing didn't behave for this one Steve, but still a very nice Pic.

Thanks Louie. I think poor focus on some of the subs didn't help either.
