I have recently done a full spectrum modification of a Canon 1100D, so my 40D is now for sale.
It's a great camera for beginners, and also a good candidate for cold finger cooling mod due to its large body size.
Included in the sale:
Canon 40D body with cover modded with Baader BCF filter
Original Canon battery (good condition), charger, straps and CDs
Aftermarket second battery (does not hold charge as well as original but can do an evening's session)
Intervolmeter
Dummy battery with mains AC adapter
Original Canon box (minus the warranty card :lol:)
The sensor had some dust on it (see photo of Eta Carinae), but I have cleaned it up. (The speck on the lower right hand of the sensor photo is reflection)
$450 posted Aust wide. Now $400 posted, $375 pick up
Pick up available in Melbourne CBD during the working week.
