Here are a couple photos from this mornings fog in Sydney. Decided to drive to the shipwreck site of SS Ayrfield in Homebush Bay while the fog was still around. Got there and there were already 6 other photographers set up along the shoreline taking their own snaps. It was a nice way to start the day.
More info about the shipwrecks around the area can be found here

Thanks for looking!

Beautiful photographs Jason and they remind me of Roger Deans album art from the 70's for bands like Yes:

Very nice!
And well done for taking advantage of a rare phenomenon to get an image otherwise impossible :D

Hey Trevor, I see what you mean about Roger Dean's artwork, they're like entire cities/worlds floating in space, kind of like this ship. Thanks for the info in that link, pretty interesting work.
Thanks Hugh and Matt, it was both peaceful and eerie capturing these shots when I was there after the other photographers left. It was so still.
I find the history surrounding this ship and others in the bay so fascinating. This one was built in 1911 and then used during World War 2 to transport supplies to American troops stationed throughout the Pacific Islands. I find it both sad and nice to see that this is its resting area and now it provides both life and shelter for animals in the area.

Thanks Ric and Ingrid, glad you guys like the images. Wish I could get more moody shots like this at other locations.
